You are basing the move to $1 or $1.25 based on the cash value of the Medsite.com deal. However you are not taking into account how much the retail public normally over-reacts to these type of deals. When OTC (Open Text) investment in Mining.co was worth $65 million the day after the mining.co IPO the public pushed up OTC's market capital by $660 in 4 days. I don't think we will get that big of an over-reaction but I think they will value it more than cash. Also take into consideration that on the first couple of days after the IPO JDX's stake in Medsite.com might be worth $25-50 million U.S or more. Although they may never be able to lock in all that money because stocks often drop after the IPO the public will likely value JDX at the present value and not the future value. This is what happened to OTC which has dropped since the mining.co IPO.

Best Regards
KEITH
