We might have seen "the bottom" yesterday.

A nice, prompt adverse reaction to an opening-bell downdraft, with only a tepid attempt to fall back mid-day. Net net, up 3/4 on a crap day for techs. Stochastics recorded a bounce off what is now a positively-inclined trendline, and MACD crossed into positive territory for the first time since late July. Hmmmmm.

Anyone else with thoughts on this?

Scrapps
Just checking in to tell you Pacbell ADSL is doing fine.
My house can get max 2,700 Kb down load and 550 Kb upload.
I pay for min 384/128 Kb but most of time the speed is
near T1.
More important, I have never been disconnected.
Pacbell also gives 56Kb service with this ADSL service, but
so far have never used it.

Don't know if Pacbell will switch to G Lite in the future.

Hi Scrapps,
Good article on US West Catapulting DSL at $19.95/month.
uswest.com

Also the WSJ announced that AT&T has just entered the DSL market.

All the best,
Michael
