Ahhaha, Your observations are interesting. I am sure that the current investors were hoping to participate in GBLX as it expanded its network. Looks like this separate Joint Venture is going to be $'s in MSFT pocket and not current investors. Is that your take on this?

With such strong conviction that GBLX will be eventually bankrupt, why don't you short GBLX all the way to $0, with real money? GBLX certainly wants to sit in the toll booth of the bridge, but that's not the only thing it wants. With acquisition of FRO, it also wants to bring traffic, maintain and manage the bridge. The pipe is not a dumb pipe. The real question is barrier of entrance: After the global network has been built, how difficult is it going to be for another company to do what GBLX is doing?
