Rebuttal There has been political instability in Colombia for 20 years and now it is receiving coverage by the U.S. media who has a void to fill after the subsiding events in Kosovo. I have never heard anyone say that management is to blame for this stock's poor performance. But if you bought it four years ago, three years ago, two years ago or last year, you've lost money. At what point are they accountable? It's world oil prices, it's the Colombian rebels, it's the lack of pipelines or financing. There's always an excuse, but nobody ever blames the management. Seems too clubby to me. BS
