to all, you to Mythman! ntrs.com Some nice analysis backing up the bears assertion that this mania is a debt fueled consumption bubble. Note that despite rising home prices home equity has declined - home equity loans for consumption or the stock market . Corporations have borrowed money to fund share repurchases and to create shareholder value for the executive stock options. Note the low savings rate. If you listen to CNBS you would think that da baby brats saving fer retirement was the primary driver of this bull market not excesses in credit. HO HO HO Mike
