I understand the deal perfectly well (and know it is a reverse), but have exactly the same reservations about it expressed earlier. If you are going to prop up a company with fresh assets, they certainly don't have to be the ones we are now being stuffed with. Boulle's presence is speculative as to its effect. These new assets can be flogged for a bit, but if they are barking dogs the stock will bark too. Thanks for the enlightenment Trev, but lets just see what the opening trade is, THAT will tell us about the "support" this deal is giving the company.
