<< Frankly I would be more concerned if everyone thought the Markets were going to go crazy up.>> Yes, it's a great time to be in the market for the long haul. Lot's of FUD, repositioning, tree shaking, setting up for tax sales, Year 2000 uncertainty, interest rate worries, international economies wobbling, ..... . I'll accumulate a little cash, wait for one of those panic-filled days that comes around on a regular basis, then pick up the slightly bruised but just as tasty fruit that the real or imagined ill-wind blows down from the tree. Life is good!
