The only 'accusation' I saw was that his posts were "wooden". Not exactly a crime, even in California (although it might be worth 10 to 20 years from my 3rd grade grammar teacher).

MMs are busy with HITT today, jerking bid/ask around much faster than usual as even small buyers or sellers hit. I suspect some short covering has begun.
Wonder why LFT hasn't come in to pick up these "cheap" shares. They could save $85 mill or so. LOL
