Peter, you're correct about the delta. As for whether or not I would buy April calls, thats a harder question. I think you're smart in going out as far as you can afford to go (time factor) and I'm glad to see that you're not chasing the cheap out of the money calls.

However, at this stage, MSPG isn't moving around much. If the stock can get through 32 decisively (and it must hold and close above after it breaks thru this trading range its in), then I would be tempted to open a call position. I must caution you though, that this is my crazy logic and its entirely possible that I won't be able to open a call position at some point down the road. I might wind up just "watching and waiting" too long and totally miss the opportunity. Regardless, there's undoubtedly less risk in MSPG at this stage than there was just a couple months ago. I think the stock is channeling between the mid to higher 20s and lower 30s and I'm waiting for more direction. Lastly, I do think that given the time frame (between now and April), you're undoubtedly going to see a move in MSPG. If you'll recall, just last Sep/Oct (going off memory), MSPG was trading around the mid to high 20s (presplit). Whichever direction you take, please use caution. Options are really time sensitive. Best of luck.

Regards,
Hasan
