The stock is now over CC fixed conversion price.

Now if the price remains above 6, and CC doesn't convert in this opportunity window, they will lose the opportunity to get 472,000 shares worth $2.86 million. They almost have to convert, especially if they shorted a significant number of shares at a price less than 6.
