Xillix already have the information needed for the law suit against Olympus presented to the courts.It's the court's to determine how the case against Olympus should proceed.They already laided off 3/4 of the employees and terminated their other projects.All we can hope for is a quick verdict against Olympus because Xillix war funds is only 1/100 that of Olympus.Even if Xillix wins who to say that they can continue with the amount of damage that Olympus done.Its just a wait and see situation for all shares holders.
