...a 2x4 indeed...if I bring my own 2x4, can I be next in line??? One share of stock...yeah ok, so her target market cannot afford a round lot, yet she asks them to pay $$$ for her newsletter...for info that is freely available on the Internet...yeah right.

I also think those SureTrade commercials are about the dumbest on TV today. "We're a major market revolution," says the 29-year old GenXer...yeah, ok, I'm sure Charles Schwab is really gonna miss your $1,500 account. As opposed to Brown, who claims to cater to a "sophisticated" clientele, this SureTrade outfit (a division of FLT...BankBoston shareholders beware) actively promotes itself as a firm of last choice..."if Schwab or DLJ won't take ya, we will..." What a rallying slogan that must me.

Off-topic: Kudos to Joe Kernan for ARTC and CCBL today...Joe, you know how to make a guy happy!!! As per usual, money in the bank. If there is a more valuable CNBC employee for avid viewers, I would like to know who it is...

2x4 --- NO!

2x4s are commonly a soft wood, usually spruce. Better hit her with something stout made from maple, hickory, or ash.

Cheers, PW.

P.S. The oils from rosewood irritate and cause rash. Could provide some extra fun where the club breaks the skin.
