Marty, I have seen it that way from the moment I read it and now see that others may have interpreted it differently. For example, Zeev saw a massive dilution, which I didn't understand because of the words, "The consideration to Green Oasis ..." and "... in Green Oasis' favor ...", I thought was clear. It also says, "The agreement will also affect the ownership of Green Oasis' primary assets," which was one of the nebulous statements that left me wondering what it meant as an end result. I can understand thinking that there could be massive dilution except for the fact that GRNO is providing its technology.

As far as the $30 million is concerned, that is BC's perceived value of the list of goodies, not all in cash. For example, the stock part of it is probably valued as what the value is in the private placement, and not necessarily what it would fetch if it was traded on the NASDAQ at this moment.
