Mr Pink..if you please...I was wondering in the case of shorting SRCM to bankruptcy...depending on if there is a secondary market for the shares (not!) when they reopen for trading after the SEC has halted trading..what do I do in the case of my covering my shares I had shorted? how will I recover my gain?...and you referred to taxes..would you please explain that case for me. Mr. Pink- Check out todays WSJ article on Cresvale/Princeton Economics/ Republic Bank japanese scandal. Implies Republic's role was small. Mr. X has a woodie over Republic at these levels. Also, recheck your work on HCR with respect to recent events. I think your debt levels fail to take into account some recent asset divestitures. Mr. X
