Mr Pink..if you please...I was wondering in the case of shorting SRCM to bankruptcy...depending on if there is a secondary market for the shares (not!) when they reopen for trading after the SEC has halted trading..what do I do in the case of my covering my shares I had shorted? how will I recover my gain?...and you referred to taxes..would you please explain that case for me.

I appreciate your time....

Why do you think that J.C. Suckford initiated coverage of TRIH at a Neutral? Is it that TRIH is too cheap?

Mr. Pink-
Check out todays WSJ article on Cresvale/Princeton Economics/ Republic Bank japanese scandal. Implies Republic's role was small. Mr. X has a woodie over Republic at these levels. Also, recheck your work on HCR with respect to recent events. I think your debt levels fail to take into account some recent asset divestitures.

My Lord P@nk,

Does He suspect that the following noise is the now defunked "Futuresuperstock" reincarnate?

stockalertnewsletter.com

This trash seems to have found my mailbox, and the only source I can think of is an old subscription I used to monitor Davef Bruss' famous efforts.

Humbly His,

Mr. P$n!,

Does He have any thoughts on Globalstar(GSTRF)-a satellite communications provider that could likely go the way of Irridium. They are running low on cash, have tons of debt and are trying to get there satellite launched and customers signed up? Stock was up 2 3/4 Friday to 27 1/4 on a projection they announced of revenue and subscribers for end of 2000.
