Come on! You can not analyze stocks like RHAT logically.... I am riding it for a quick buck.

That's the difference between speculation and investment.

Sure, RHAT's market valuation is in excess of its value, even factoring in large amounts of growth, but so is MSFT's! And RHAT is at the center of the internet infrastructure, whereas MSFT is not, and we all will probably agree that software- the industry that Microsoft won- was the industry of the 90s and the net is the industry of the 00s. Just like in the early days of the software industry when a lot of people jumped in thinking "this will be the next Apple!" ... people are now jumping on net stocks thinking "this will be the next Microsoft!" And those who thought the nascaent MSFT was "the next Apple" were right beyond their expectations.

So, if you want to gamble, go ahead, but don't criticize us investors for "being logical."

>History told us whoever mess around with MSFT get buried eventually.<

Actually (and to take your point a bit further), history shows us that dynasties, regardless of how powerful they are, eventually fall.
