Depends on who's cheering. I only put up real time quotes when there were big jumps. The spike to 9 21/32 was quite informative and was fun to watch (which can be done on a 15 min delay if you know its coming).

When the price moves from below 9 to 9 21/32 in a matter of minutes (the jump to 9 at 12:44 was the signal, and the spike to 9 21/23 was the result), its interesting to see who's causing the move, and the 10K blocks at or above the ask were also of interest.

you can see the spike, but you can't tell how it was generated (from that chart). The above site also shows that of the 10 most recent after hour trades, 9 were at the ask price.
