I have participated in and organized many fund raisers for sports teams and school parent groups. I have never seen a fund raiser that gave a large prize to the top producer carte blanche. ALWAYS, the prize a child receives is commensurate with the amount of sales generated by the individual;ie, if a child sells 100 cards he gets xxx, if he sells 500 cards he gets xxxx, if he(or she ) sells 1000 cards they get xxxxx. Most of the time they get a choice of reward for a certain level of sales.
