Paul: Maybe Dr. Schmidt asked the same question of Mr. Slitz that you just asked? I would hope that the good Dr. has by now made the options benefit available as a result of performance rather than existence. A $500M stock repurchase program, with the net result of no reduction in the stock float, is a very expensive executive perk. All other things being balanced a stock repurchase plan, at these levels, should at least be a 10%+ benefit to the shareholderes. Lets see the results please. Don T.
