JohnQPublic, The problem with these AGA Numbers is that they are only 1/2 of an address- you need the other "cross street" in order to figure out their significance.

That is, it would be nice to know how much (percentage) capacity of storage is already filled in anticipation of the winter heating season. My guess is that most of the purchasing for winter season has been done so that we enter the heating season in decent shape.

Then wintertime demand will dictate how fast that reserve is refilled/sustained...

The number 66 bcf in itself should be compared to daily natural gas usage in North America which averages 55bcf on a normal day but may peak as high as 100bcf dialy on heavy usage days....
