Nicole: Please also see the issue that you are concerned with. If this were a MDCM, IIJI, or any of the other over priced issues, you would have a lot of room for concern. MSPG has a good name, is well positioned and is a quality internet, much like ATHM, DRIV, etc. They are proven over time and are not trading at outrageous multiples on a relative basis like many other Inets. MSPG will have its day again. It may go lower and this is one of those issues that I really don't mind seeing go lower. I think you will find in no time, that it is trading in the low to mid 30s. Who knows when though? May have to give it a little bit of time. tJ
