I have been in touch with Jim and he has indeed been looking at a couple of deals. I do not have a ton of details, but obviously someone is watching a bit, at least. One of the deals that I know was being looked at has gone another direction. It was an Internet deal that is being managed out of Toronto and they have decided that they want to go the JCP route rather than doing a COB with an existing resource shell. Salut, Leigh McBain PS - MTK has been great, provided the deal goes thru (the meeting with the VSE is tomorrow morning) this will NOT be the end of that play.
