Sue.. all i do is check the P&F chart of any stock,say froma Jenna WL, and set the alert as you would on QCharts.. it's not a QCHart "P&F" alert..it's my own alert after reading my P&F chart... however i am beta testing, P&F "real time" charts thru a friend..it was my first day...it's good... we're getting the bugs out now...this can be a tradable system intraday..it alerts when double tops/ bottoms ,triple tops and bottom, and some other things, within a moving real time X & O chart...nice... in fact Sue..if we put this on a 5 min chart using X's & Os..it's almost BETTER than watching candles and bar charts...you can SEE the breakouts/breakdowns...no guess work, and a little windoe pops up alerting the new breakout formation..neat as hell... i just don't trust it yet<G> was wondering..if we have the Premium Service with QC, aren;t the options being quoted real time??? it looks like they are delayed????

Hi Sue, Jerry's talking about a program I wrote that he's testing. It works off the same datafeed as QCharts and does real-time Point and Figure charts on 1 minute, 5 minute ... to daily, weekly etc time periods. I have alerts in there for the usual PnF formations so you see in realtime when a double top or double bottom etc happen. It is just something I wrote for my own use and have been trading with it for a couple of weeks. I knew OJ was using QCharts, and used PnF charts so I figured he'd be a good beta tester for it. I'm still getting the hang of realtime PnF charts, you have to adjust to how they move -- but the program has made me money on things like RHAT, EXDS etc. PM me if you are interested in trying it out, but if you don't do P&F charting, it will be completely useless to you 'cause it doesn't do anything else :-). And don't expect a QCharts quality program -- this was written in two weekends of coding, it just does what I needed it to do! -Atin
