Norm, the release mentions the creation of 40 new jobs down there, what do you thing these people will be involved with? Building plants for export or operating new plants in the southeast. That seems like a lot of head count, for the time being, or, the ramp up contemplated is quite rapid, IMHO. Now, all we need to do is sit down and watch this stock erumpent (VBG) Zeev

Norm, I cannot disagree with you "bare" valuation of the $30 MM deal to GRNO, and actually have a greater value than that in my own assessment (I'd rather keep it off to avoid an explosion in the IEI). But what bother s me is that is far from being reflected in the activity (or the lack thereof) in the stock. I would have expected some people bridging the gap between the current market value and the expected valuation a year hence (assuming, of course that the world out there believe the Kwik deal is real). Is it possible that the deal is "conditional" on Kwik's successfully completing its private placement? If that is so, is there any way to see how that PP is progressing? Zeev
