But we are still hung up on the difference between people who are different from others, and people who behave in ways society deems undesirable. Not that you and I will settle this, but we need to keep in mind that it is a fundamental difference affecting the way we can communicate.

Actually, technically, you are in those states and countries that still make sodomy unlawful, but I get your point.

But again, the question boils down to what society defines as criminal activity.
