Went by the Calgary office to see what was up with it (to see if it was cleared out). From what I could see everything but the people was there. Let there be more fighting and I can pick up some of the cheap stock. I just looked at the debentures and the sold for 10 cents on the dollar today or a 80% interest payment.

Jim: IMO, Prescott is a very appropriate place to house the Head Office. Administration of our money could be handled without any expansion of that facility. It's new and roomy, and the neighbors include Ruger (the gun manufacturer) with a steel/aluminum foundry -- nearby. What more could we ask for, other than fiduciary responsibility. I vote for Prescott.

Now $2 million market cap sounds cheap, but then there are the $7.2 million debentures. If they get converted at today's approx. market value, the picture changes. My calculator says: $7.2 @ $.20 cdn. = 36 million new shares, plus the 14 out now, and we have a 50 million share market x $.15 = $7,500,000 company.

you still standing?

If it comes to a conversion at these levels, we can only hope that the Prescott team has 'something up their sleeve' regarding near-term revenues, to justify that market capitalization.

I have confidence. ;>)
