WOW, what a difference a day makes! Nearly 50 new posts on this thread--I thought I was the only one who hadn't given up. Good luck to us all and stay long on your positions.
I hope this roller coaster finishes better than the last!

Will miracles never cease. I hit a small jackpot on the slots in Vegas Monday and now this.

My take is that this is an asset sale in exchange for cash and stock in Kwikpower, unlike a takeover where shareholders might exchange their shares for Kwikpower shares. This leaves the remaining LP holders and shareholders at the mercy of the GRNO board where we are not represented by an independent board member. To my knowledge, Bill and his wife are the only remaining Board members.

Do the shareholders, because of the LP conversions now hold the majority of voting shares? If so, is there a way to force an election to fill board vacancies to protect our interests?

Another unaswered questions is the disgorgement of profits from improper insider sales by BC and MAC. If there are proceeds to company to repay BC notes/past salaries, should this not come back to the company to fulfill the disgorgement -or does the disgorgement go to the SEC?

My last concern is the law suits that may come out of the wood work, if GRNO gets some viable financial assets.

What we need is a good "pro bono" securities attorney.

Any ideas???

Aloha
