You know, it's too bad this has tempered your view of Miller. I am convinced that the Miller family is a most honest, sincere presence which will be able to lead the company to better times, which are present now (it's the price of gas, stupid!<vbg>). Re-financing will occur positively and soon, IMHO. The Miller family has too much equity, time and emotion tied up in their company to let it whither on the vine. In the long run, the company will do quite well, in spite of the fact that it is a micro cap.
