Hi Suqie: May 27, 1999: The transfer agent states there are 13,401,633 and no restricted shares. Principals in the company hold 7M tight and another 3M in extremely hands .... leaves about 3.4M left in the float. (GA BARD). I have been playing this company for about one year on and off with the mo-mo's. Things have changed over the last year: 1) VCAH does have contracts (four) working to be signed, before it was mostly hype. 2) The government & politicans (graft) that they have been working want the contract to be completed with port access. 3. Investor group will start buying very soon with a strong possiblity of a run into the high teens. 4. A IR firm recently hired (one week ago or so) to push the company. 5. And yes... high risk due to South American business practices - as always. 6. Very hard to reach the company.. my POC has talked with the CEO and is confident in a excellent increase in stock price very soon. Best wishes:)
