25,000,000 more shares.......LOL.......I can remember a few months ago someone here trying to convince everyone that the total outstanding was about 15,000,000. Could that have been the guy that went crazy?

Hell this stock option plan became effective Aug 25th,,these 25mm shares are probably already gone,ready for Fred to purchase on the open market.
