NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 9, 1999--

WinStar's Wireless Fiber(SM) Network and Services to be Offered in
Tishman Speyer Buildings, Including Rockefeller Center
and Chrysler Center

WinStar Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: WCII) today announced that
it has signed an agreement with Tishman Speyer Properties to offer its
Wireless Fiber(SM) service to tenants worldwide. Tishman Speyer is one
of the premier owners and builders of real estate in the United States
and throughout the world. Total footage of Tishman Speyer property is
more than 36.4 million square feet, with an additional five million
square feet currently under development.
Under the terms of the agreement, WinStar will be able to offer
its state-of-the-art, high-speed communications capabilities to
commercial buildings in the Tishman Speyer portfolio, including the
world famous Rockefeller Center, the landmark Chrysler Center in New
York City, and buildings in other WinStar markets such as Washington
DC/Northern Virginia, Houston, Chicago, San Francisco, London and
Buenos Aires.

voice and data services, including high-speed Internet access, our

Greetings. I don't quite get the question regarding Geneva nor the October date.
I'm in Central Jersey and can't think of anything peculiar coming up the second week of October.
Anyway, it appears that we have picked up some momentum. Got in at the 52 range. Will study the chart and available info for the sell.
