<OT> CMTN....

Mark,
I read the news about CMTN and LU....however, even though CMTN has sold off, and will probably sell off tomorrow too, I would think that this would not change the short term (12 months) outlook of CMTN. I would agree that in the long term CMTN would be hurt by this news. However short term there is too much demand for the services of all of the companies involved with DSL. I think CMTN will have fantastic earnings this quarter again, and a chance to go back to its earlier "highs". I plan to buy more CMTN if it goes back to the 87 range.

Glenn -- did you read the news on Cmtn and LU yesterday. I'm selling Copper Mountain (CMTN) tomorrow. The news is
that Lucent is releasing a competing product and the fact that the partnership with Lucent is possibly dead a big fat
negative for me. Cmtn sells 10 percent of the equipment to LU however Lu has stated they will continue to use Cmtn's
product which is cheaper, but for how long?

Mark,

I bought more yesterday not knowing the news. I just left you a private message. CMTN has really beat me up:-(
