OT -- They're cropping up. Rydex is one of the most popular though. The Prudent Bear Fund (BEARX) is another, as well as others offered through Ultra Funds (ultra short the Nasdaq OTC, for example--yikes, a big bet against Microsoft). I think the Prudent Bear was the only one available in the IRA, but they all tend to have the same performance correlations, so it doesn't matter too much.

Now if Tice (BEARX fund manager) only implemented technical analysis in his decision-making process...I sometimes wonder if I have to go out there myself to get the job done right. Isn't that always the case?
