I knew what the .05 meant, it's pretty standard stuff the way the registration statement is worded. They can grant shares for nothing, they can grant options that convert at a certain price and they can lower that conversion price any time in the future.

A filing such as this is not all that bad but I will say I have sold stocks where I felt the directors were being too generous to people that hadn't earned it. Iomega comes to mind, I got out of it at about 18 for about a 30% gain when they were doing what I felt was overcompensating themselves. Glad I did.

Ditch, if memory serves me TSIG had another Option plan the VIS plan? (or whatever that now defunct division was) and it had 17.5 MM shares in it, do you now if these were already granted? In any event, the management continues in its merry way and grants itself options to excessive amounts of the company's capitalization. If right now there are between 150 to 180 MM shares outstanding, I believe that Suzanne will not argue with my suggestion of taking 250 MM share in the not too distant future, and that, IMHO, will not be the end. I have a gut feeling that before 12 months are out, TSIG will come back to the holders and ask for an increase in the outstanding shares and a massive increase for that.

Has anyone checked a recent share count with the TA?
