LUMM must become reporting by 1/19/99 in order to remain on the BB. Like all BB stocks, LUMM must file a form 10 to register its shares. This will disclose audited financial statements, numbers of options, governance, related-party transactions, risk factors, and lots of good stuff. The deadline depends on the ticker symbol. otcbb.com In the case of LUMM, the deadline to file is 1/19/99.
