Hi Fred, I think I figured out something about the Post Office, see what you think. People who do well with the daily minutia of the Post Office, sorting mail, essentially, tend to be somewhat anal. Maybe very anal. And the management, like most managements of very large organizations where their input is irrelevant, are sorta loosey-goosey. Kinda like Dilbert's boss, the pointy-haired guy. No clue. So, there is the inevitable conflict between anal people, and people with no clue. Disaster. Kind of like having a machine shop run by guys whose name isn't Dieter or Karl. Bad news.
