I've met Bill. He's very nice. However, it seems that he is getting a new title (an probably more money) without any additional responsibilities. I guess that salary chart that ETN follows forced them to change his title in order to give him his next raise. That happened to me, but I didn't get the VP title. I would have had to ask them to double or triple my salary to get the VP. Bill may have been offered a VP spot somewhere else and this title was what it took to get him to stay. Hopefully, one of these days it will be us.
