Hi Eliz, Sorry to be so long in answering. I've been even more busy than usual. It just never ends. Then I go and try to add more to my plate with dabbeling into property. I really appreciate your comments!! I think I will wait a bit on the rental property. I am seriously thinking of buying some property though. Lots of nice cornfields around here. <GGG> Actually, I'd be more apt to buy some nice pasture land. Hubby bought a dirt bike (motorcycle) a couple of weeks ago and we don't have many places to ride near here. We have always talked about buying some land and creating a dirt bike/go cart track for the kids, including hubby, to play. Ok, me too!! <GGG> What prompted all this (again <gg>) was there are some nice townhomes in my neighborhood and one came up for sale. I have always said if they come up for sale that I should check it out because of the location. We live in a very sought after area. We are close to the elementary school, the houses are not extremely over priced and they are well kept (the association see's to that!!). I know I wouldn't have a problem renting them out but I don't think I need the hassels right now. For now I'll just keep adding to my stocks and keep looking for some cheap land, ok hows about reasonably priced <GGG>. You have a great day!! Take Care Ann
