PrimeCo and Voyager.net Announce Promotional Agreement
MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 9, 1999--PrimeCo Personal Communications, L.P., the premier regional provider of PCS/wireless service, and Voyager.net, Inc. (NASDAQ: VOYN - news), a leading full-service Internet provider focused on the Midwest, today announced a major marketing and promotional agreement designed to jointly promote PrimeCo service and Voyager.net's service which operates under the ExecPC brand in Wisconsin.

The agreement offers a 10 percent discount off the monthly access charge for any Voyager.net customer who purchases and activates a PrimeCo phone and service. In addition, PrimeCo customers can receive a discount on the annual charge for unlimited service through Voyager.net. The special offer is available immediately.

Voyager.net customers will receive information on the offer via e-mail and banners at the home.execpc.com site.
