I know you and Sam Biller like to dig into stuff...so I'm posting this up in case you haven't seen it yet.

I plan on doing a little digging later this afternoon.

Benny, re:How good is help?

Hi Benny,

Have you ever had a problem with getting the payment to the right party? The current bill pay service I use was late on a payment, and after my vendor notified me of such, I was able to speak with a customer service representative who cleared up the problem and called my vendor asking about the amount of late charges and reassuring her that my bank would pay her the late charges and she would be getting the money and it was their fault.

How do you think Yahoo! will handle such a situation? Do you think they, or CheckFree will call my vendor? I can't imagine going back and forth with messages for days on end, with something that can be taken care of over the phone very quickly.

I stay with my bank for just that reason.

Just my opinion.

Jon :)
