Specifically the chart measurement was 23 1/16:

Crude closed yesterday at the upper trendline resistance and in their words "Very Bullish if it can take out resistance".
Normally, with a chart with a nice base like crude has, the target can be exceeded by a good measure.
I'm going to email Ryan (he had this price target out for awhile) and see if he can offer a new target. After all, once you have shot the bullseye out, you need a new target...
I would take a stab at it but frankly my crude oil charts suck, I can't get what I want for the last five years.

Any TA types want to give a price target for crude?
