Maybe DELL is taking the approach that CSCO and AOL have in acquiring a lot of smaller companies instead of 1 or 2 giants.

Tektronix Offers Dell Federal Customers Special Discount on Phaser 740N
Discount of 14% Available With Purchase of Any Dell Computer System Through Oct. 31

WILSONVILLE, Ore., Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Tektronix, Inc. (NYSE: TEK) the innovative force within the color printing industry, is offering a double-digit discount to Dell Federal customers on the Phaser(R) 740N color printer when purchased with any Dell computer system. The Tektronix Phaser 740N is being offered to Dell Federal customers at a GSA price of $1,699, a 14 percent discount off the regular GSA price, a savings of $270 for this award-winning performance color laser printer.
The bundled system-printer offering from Tektronix exclusively to Dell Federal customers, is available through Oct. 31.
