It is my understanding the concern is to be listed on NASDAQ and with this, a timetable, because of the requirements, would only be a guestimate.

What is the status of PNLK's filing to remain listed on the OTC? And what is the deadline?

Glenn has stated that they have filed with the SEC and I believe they are waiting for the a 'no comment' letter from them.
ProNetLink.com has filed to be a reporting company and is in the final stages with the SEC on this.

Because this is a slow government process it will likely be some time before they receive their no comment letter which would allow them to remain a listed otc stock. But there seems to be some confusion here on the thread. PNLK must satisfy the requirements to become fully reporting first, before anything can be said or done about a NASDAQ listing. Glenn has mentioned this before...

There are new SEC regs that must be satisfied for bb stocks and on that point, I believe PNLK has done everything required of them at this time. As for the deadline, the OTCBB has set up a timetable for companies to comply with the new regs.
otcbb.com
For PNLK and securities with symbols OS-PR, the deadline is March 8, 2000.

Please correct me if I am wrong. These legal issues are tricky at times. I'm sure there are more educated thread members that could elaborate on the new guidelines.

hope this helps, Jane giddy-up Jackson.
