Well TMAR just broke out of resistance and is on it's way to perhaps finally get fairly valued. Ah such is life. Still I did enjoy the ride yesterday FWIW.
OIL breaking out of it's consolidation, broke above 12.62 should have clear run at 15 IMO.

Artic--re fenyq
have been monitoring Yahoo and Raging Bull msg boards re FENYQ. Apparently FEN CEO was quoted in Swedish newspaper stating that shareholders would only see 4% following BK (Yahoo post #940). This prompted one of the posters (corp joe) to initiate a class action suit which he has presented to several law firms this week for their acceptance/review. Supposed to hear today or tomorrow which- if any- firms are willing to initiate the suit. Believe Sept 15 is when they have to file by. FWIW, most knowledgeable posters seem to be corp joe and Svempa. Svempa, from Sweden, picks up info from Swedish press which we in the US are not privy to.
