Joe, I agree completely with your view. I think Sony is still intoxicated with the huge success of the low-tech floppy Mavica. No doubt that they hit the nail on the head with that engineering decision for the majority of users who needed relatively low resolution images and a simple PC interconnect. The Memory Stick offers none of the ease of use the original Mavica users have enjoyed. CF is the equivalent of a "generic" memory solution for portable devices. Memory Stick is a much more limited solution. Would you rather own an IBM compatible or a Wang computer? Ausdauer
