"thou shalt not take the name of the ceo in vain".........how do i know? the "bible" tells me so........

interesting that many ceo's, including nasser of ford have made public statements that they have announcements which would hopefully stimulate stock price, and benefit the shareholders......thought ceo's job had naught to do with share price? if dell has $4b cash, and prefers to use new issue stock to make acquisitions, that do not immediately impact the bottom line, and will dilute the value of the current shares outstanding....then how does that benefit the stock price? reverses the trend of stock buy back.....and the real question is will the market understand when dell reports earnings fully a third less due to this transaction.......just a thought!

p.s.......look at the movement of "big blue" today......imagine after dell takes them over.....
