Ok...Lets start it like this...(this is a condensed version of story.) 1. A call was made to Rob Newton (VP) and we asked how to return unused cards and collected money. His reply was to e-mail me a report type document to fill out and return with above mentioned items. He must have been using a program that dosent show anything but symbols on my machine. I then called him back and he said he would send it to me. Between the time we talked and the time was going to send it to me he decided to go elsewhere for employment. Bottom line is we dont get the document thing he was talking about. 2. A call was made to Kim Haber and we asked how to return unused cards and collected money. Her reply was to e-mail me a report type document to fill out and return with above mentioned items. she must also have been using a program that dosent show anything but symbols on my machine. I then called her back and she said he would send it to me. Between the time we talked and the time was going to send it to me he decided to go elsewhere for employment. Bottom line is we dont get the document thing she was talking about. 3. It is now the 1st week of August and a call was made to tsig to figure out how to return unused cards, collected money, And also to see where we stood in the contest (since the site was gone there was no way to check) and how the prizes for the kids would be handled if they were the highest sellers. I was connected to a Joe Avilia(sp?) and asked him the questions listed above, his reply was that they had no record of my deposit of 257.00 dollars and he said no one has sold any cards. after I told him the we sold many cards he wanted me to list each card number along with the name and address of the person who bought it. I told him that most of the cards were sold in front of stores and we have no way of knowing who these people were or where they live. He said he would get back to me. 4. left a few messages on paul henrys answering machine during mid August. 5. paul henry calls me from the Airport on his way to Boston for Labor day vacation and he was in a rush. He said he would check into it and call me back. 6. paul henry calls me yesterday and says we are disqualified for not sending the money in on time. I tell him story above. 7. who is at fault for money not being in the tsig bank account? We have been trying to give them the money for months and its not as easy as you would think. Sam
