Howard ---have the same feeling ---If LU meets earnings of .29 cents then it will have a P/E of 55 which is pretty cheap compared to some other tech firms

Howie, I am with you on that one. I see no reason for a downdraft though, unless Clay is right in that COMS rumors have substance. I really hope that it is just rumor. brian
