Mark, I think you hit the nail on the head with your post. But why the delay in the listing? Is the problem with HMSK or is it just the way NASDAQ works???

Let me give credit where credit is due. Congratulations to HMSK on its NASDAQ listing. Let's see what the market reaction is over the next few days. IMO there is little staying power to this announcement and I look for selling into the knee-jerk reaction.
By the way, could any good news announcement have been more boring?
If one is a true believer in HMSK, then there should be a flurry of PR which was delayed pending the announcement.
