Kevin, I believe that you have the correct posture here. I, for one, have way too little information at this time to form even a preliminary assessment of the situation. What I expect: The lawyers on each side will tell the co. brass that they believe they have a very good chance of winning. The brass will go for that line. Lawyers on all sides will win big and we shareholders will end up with companies with seriously impaired balance sheets and maybe one or more of the cos. involved taken over by a vulture co. at per-share prices much below today's. Which company or companies??? I haven't enuf info to even hazard a guess.
