I think the company should have made this clear and the fact that they haven't leads one to believe it's a possible negative. I read where it will be a 5-to-7 cents one time charge on future earnings at the time of the deal closing in about 60days. That coupled with the fact that the company -however good- has never sold a product! I think this is holding the stock back. Remember Dell went to $55 based upon anticipation of increase sales in this market (data storage) until 1Q showed otherwise. Dell management is just not a too keen on stock appreciation or postive hype other than just the fact that they are great at the businesses they are in.
